Do you think of yourself as an effective Team Leader?
How about making a greater contribution to the world you live in?
When was the last time you worked on yourself, your personal priorities or areas of development?
Your creative mind in a changing world
The journey of learning and development is limitless, and the world is changing fast. Even the ‘best’ of us need a roadmap sometimes; together we are stronger.
With a career spanning nearly three decades across Human Resources and executive coaching, I bring both depth of experience and a deeply human perspective to leadership development.
I began in HR in 1997, building a strong foundation in communication, organizational dynamics, and people management. In 2008, coaching transformed the way I work — and the way I see the world.
Since then, I’ve focused on the challenges that matter most to leaders: sustaining performance under pressure, building engaged teams, navigating complexity, and leading with both clarity and authenticity.
I hold ICF PCC and EMCC Global Senior Practitioner & Supervisor credentials, and have accumulated over 4,000 hours of coaching experience working with organizations, leaders, teams, and individuals across industries.
Our Services
Executive coaching recognises that a leader has all sorts of influences on their perspective, including career, family, community, mental and physical health. In order to offer a holistic leadership
that takes into account others’ world views and various dynamics, an effective leader will take steps to understand their own competing demands in line with their own ethics and goals.
Leadership coaching provides the opportunity to define your own leadership vision – what does it look like for you? – and realize action plans in line with those goals.
By crossing these interplaying areas of your life, we draw out the potential for insight and learning according to the priority issues that you want to focus on.
What is your desired leadership impact? This is what you will discover with us.

Team coaching is extremely powerful in providing a platform for bringing people together with different backgrounds and perspectives, and offering them a genuine, safe space to understand how to work best towards their common goal.
Like working 1:1, team coaching has very specific individualized needs; but our methods draw out those needs, supporting the team to be successful in line with its own company ethos.
During my time working with teams I have noticed a direct effect on the motivation and enthusiasm within teams as a result of this collaborative exercise. Quite simply, team coaching boosts a collective awareness of the team culture and global goals, a multidimensional awareness of the direction for the future of the company, and how this relates to themselves personally and their role relating to others.

Supervision is a process of learning and development for a coach/mentor to reflect on their own skills of knowledge, skills and competencies, in order to improve their professional capacity.
Supervision is considered to be an essential aspect of continuing professional development and best performance practice; indeed professionals at all levels of their career will benefit from supervision of one kind or another. It is only by continuing to be reflective that we continue to be the best we can be – supervision offers this in a constructive and meaningful way, with tangible and long-lasting outcomes.
Through trust-based working, supervision allows space for a deepening of different elements of coaching/mentoring work.
Depending on the need, supervision support can be received through group supervision or individual supervision practices.

Individual coaching offers the coachee the opportunity to assess their situation, and reflect on their lives, purpose and potential.
In individual coaching we can go deeply into issues and agendas you want to improve; discuss changes that might be needed for your current situation and set an intention plan for your desired goals.
Individual coaching is particularly appropriate if you are managing large changes in your life; we offer the tools to build self-awareness, and help to support for specific skills such as communication and conflict management, to help navigate challenging issues.

In Facilitation we work in groups to allow each person a chance to express their opinions, and through this process, clarify desired outcomes and aim to achieve common goals and empower teams.
A group facilitator will plan, design and manage this group activity, and through this will clarify with the group goals, steps, and a group consensus.
Facilitation services offer a more structured meeting design, making it possible to conduct meetings more effectively and efficiently.
