Supervision
Supporting Journey for Coaches and Mentors
To experience a trial session
What is Supervision?
Effective coaching doesn’t end with the session. It lives in the reflection that follows in the questions you carry, the moments you revisit, the practice you keep refining.
Supervision is the space where that reflection happens. It is a professional development process in which coaches and mentors work alongside a supervisor to deepen their practice, sharpen their perspective, and become more effective in their work.
Because growing as a coach requires the same quality of attention you give your clients.
Who Is This For?
Supervision is for professionals working in, or moving toward coaching and mentoring.
Particularly:
- Those who have completed coach or mentor training and are stepping into practice
- Practicing professional coaches and mentors
- Internal coaches and mentors working within organizations
What Does Supervision Offer?
In this process:
- Professional challenges are explored in a safe, confidential space
- New perspectives and alternative approaches are discovered
- Confidence and professional clarity grow
- The capacity to take meaningful action is strengthened
- Ethical and professional awareness deepens
Supervision turns experience into learning.
Individual Supervision
Individual supervision is an in-depth, tailored development process between a coach or mentor and their supervisor.
It is a space designed to:
- Strengthen professional competence
- Deepen insight and self-awareness
- Sharpen ethical understanding and applied practice
Regular sessions build not only skill but the trust that makes real growth possible.
Group Supervision
Group supervision is a shared learning space where participants grow from their own experience and from each other’s.
Through this process:
- Experiences are brought into the open and explored together
- Multiple perspectives enrich individual understanding
- A sense of professional community and solidarity takes root
The group dynamic is one of supervision’s most powerful learning tools.
How I Work
No two practitioners are at the same point in their journey. The process is shaped around where you are and what you need.
- We begin with a conversation to get acquainted and clarify expectations
- Together, we define the structure and focus of the process
- Regular supervision sessions follow, grounded in your real work
- Progress is built on actual experiences — not hypotheticals
Throughout, the agenda belongs to you. My role is to help you go deeper into it.
The Process
Supervision typically unfolds across four to eight sessions.
1. Chemistry meeting
Getting to know each other and exploring fit
2. Contracting & framing
Defining the structure, focus, and commitments
3. Regular sessions
Working through real experiences and professional questions
4. Follow-through
Where needed, additional support to consolidate growth
Ready to Explore?
If you would like to talk about what supervision could look like for you, I would love to hear where you are in your practice.
Let’s start a conversation.
My purpose is to accompany leaders, teams, and individuals as they uncover what they are truly capable of — and to strengthen their capacity to lead change and transformation from within.
More than 25 years in Human Resources have shaped my understanding of a world where disruption is the norm and the need for meaningful growth has never been greater.
